Harland and Wolff Shipyard

Harland and Wolff shipyard in Belfast, Ireland is one of the most famous shipyards in the world and the birthplace of the RMS Titanic. Today in the spot where the scaffolding once stood is the Titanic Museum, serving as a memorial to all those who were lost in the greatest maritime tragedy of all time. The shipyard had multiple buildings and employed thousands of Irish workers, creating its own small town within its walls. It was the beating heart of the city of Belfast and an integral player in the birth of the ocean liner which would change the maritime world forever. This project is a series of posters and book covers for the Titanic Museum’s exhibit, celebrating the shipyards past and present.
